Jeff was retired as the Intel driver maintainer in
commit 6667df916fce ("MAINTAINERS: Update MAINTAINERS for
Intel ethernet drivers"), and his address bounces.
But he has signed-off a lot of patches over the years
so get_maintainer insists on CCing him.
We haven't heard from him since he left Intel, so remapping
the address via mailmap is also pointless. Add to ignored
addresses.

A few months ago, I submitted a trivial arm64 defconfig update.
get_maintainer.pl now outputs my address for every defconfig tweak.
Add me to .get_maintainer.ignore to opt out of these notifications.

While the idea behind get_maintainer seems highly useful it's
unfortunately way to trigger happy to grab people that once had a few
commits to files. For someone like me who does a lot of tree-wide API
work that leads to an incredible amount of Cc spam.
