* GitHub: `README.md` improvementsMiguel Ojeda2021-04-291-1/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | - Add "contribute" link (a GitHub feature which shows information relevant to newcomers, such as the "good first issues"). - Re-organized links for the mailing list. - Removed mention of "GitHub issues and PR", in an attempt to reduce confusion (we have the "contribute" link now, plus a lot of issues and PRs going on, so it is more obvious they are used). Split the paragraph to further increase clarity. Signed-off-by: Miguel Ojeda <ojeda@kernel.org>
