new-website.sh and post-receive are important scripts that handle 
various aspects of sites, such as git and updating.  Put them where 
they need to be---the new-website script should be used whenever you're 
making a new site.  post-receive is just a backup of the hook (not 
updated frequently).  After initing a website those two files and this 
README should be replaced.
