- Returned errors are now created by wrapping both an internal error
definition (e.g. errNoSuchCourse) and the underlying err, when
appropriate. This does not change reportError yet.
- Work around Firefox bug causing table borders to partially disappear
when tbody is empty.
- Various performance improvements with sync.Map.
- The courses on the web page are now grouped by time slot.
