<li>Locations: <span class="location">Wellness Center</span> / <span class="location">Brain</span></li>
<li>Appointment Cards:
<ul>
<li>Boarders: receive your appointment cards from your HMs on Monday</li>
<li>Day students: take your appointment cards from the guards after school when you leave campus on Monday</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Directions:
<ul>
<li>Go to class for attendance</li>
<li>Inform your teacher you need to leave for the eye exam (show teacher your appointment card if needed)</li>
<li>Look on appointment card to determine your location (<span class="location">Wellness Center</span> / <span class="location">Brain</span>)</li>
<li>Wait quietly at the location so we can get through these as fast as possible</li>
<li>Once done go back to class</li>
<li>Make sure to talk to the teacher or other classmates to catch up on what you have missed</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Remember:
<ul>
<li>Please remain quiet</li>
<li>Please don't wear contact lenses</li>
<li>For nearsighted students, please wear frame glasses</li>
<li>Students wearing the Ortho-K at night should inform the wellness staff before the check</li>

<li>先去班级签到</li>
<li>通知老师你需要离开去做视力检查（如需要，出示你的预约卡）</li>
<li>查看预约卡来确定你进行视力检查的位置（<span class="location">医务室</span> / <span class="location">教研中心</span>）</li>
<li>到达指定检查地点后请安静等待，以便我们能尽快完成检查</li>
<li>完成检查后请立即回到上课班级</li>
<li>一定要和老师或班上其他同学交流，以便赶上你错过的内容</li>

<li>请全程保持安静</li>
<li>视力检查当天请不要佩戴隐形眼镜</li>
<li>近视的同学请戴框架眼镜来检查视力</li>
